Bridges taken into account

Updated over a week ago

Hello πŸ‘‹

If you have already made transactions on a bridge, some transactions may not appear on Waltio because we cannot recover send and withdrawal transactions at 0x0000 addresses.

πŸ’‘ Negative balances on ANY tokens (bridge Multichain) of type ANYUSDC / ANYUSDT are due to a timestamp problem.
One second must be shifted after the withdrawal.

Before

After

Here is a guide to help you find them on the Blockchain Explorer you are using.

πŸ‘‰ Step 1: Retrieve your public key from the Blockchain in question.

We'll take Polygon as an example, it works exactly the same for other blockchains.

πŸ‘‰ Step 2: Go to the explorer for your chosen blockchain:

For your information, we have noticed that most of our customers are bridging Matic, USDT, USDC, ETH.

Arbitrum

Then paste your address into the search bar.

πŸ‘‰ Step 3: On your stock sheet, look to see when the first occurrence of Negative Balance appears.

πŸ’‘ Using the date to locate the transaction can be very handy If the Negative Balance is linked to the blockchain's native token (Matic for Polygon) then you'll find the transaction in "Internal Txns"Otherwise, you will find it in the ERC-20 token.πŸ‘‰ Step 4: Search for a transaction matching the date and amount. (This will often be an "IN" in green, as in the screenshot below) 'IN' corresponds to a depositπŸ‘‰ Step 5: If you have found the missing transaction, then I invite you to create a transaction manually for the same amount. 😊 If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via the Chatbot just at the bottom right of your screen! πŸ’¬The Waltio team
