Create a transaction

Add a transaction manually

Updated over a week ago

Hello πŸ‘‹

If you have transactions from an exchange platform that does not allow you to download a history of transactions, deposits and withdrawals (such as Keplerk or Coinhouse), you can add the transactions manually in Waltio.

If you have a lot of transactions, we recommend using a file format such as Waltio.

Here are the steps to follow if you wish to create a transaction directly from your Waltio space.

πŸ‘‰ Step 1: Log on to your Waltio account

πŸ‘‰ Step 2: Go to the part of the tool called "My Transactions".

By clicking either at the top of your screen or on the left (see image below)

πŸ‘‰ Step 3: Then click on "Add transactions" (on the right-hand side of your screen).

πŸ‘‰ Step 4: Choose the type of transaction and fill in the information.

An "Entry" is a deposit, a receipt of cryptocurrency into an account.

An "Exit" is a withdrawal, the act of withdrawing what is in an account
An exchange is a purchase or sale transaction between a cryptocurrency and another cryptocurrency or state monetary currency.

πŸ‘‰ Step 5: To create the transaction, you will need to fill in:

  • The platform

  • The date

  • Entry/exit or both in the case of an exchange

  • the token(s)

Enter all the information then click on logo βœ… and finally "add transaction" in the top right-hand corner.

πŸ’‘You can add several transactions at once by clicking on the button in the top centre to add more.u
