Swissborg - File

Find and download your Swissborg transaction history

Updated over a week ago

Hi there 👋

If you need to export all of your account's transaction history, you can do so now within the Wealth App.

Step 1: Go to the Account Statement menu

Cliquez sur la case Account Statement

Step 2: Select the dates you want (you won't be able to choose today's date as the last date because the day is not over yet):

Sélectionner les dates qui vous intéressent

The app will automatically select the time zone you set in the app, but it will also show the UTC time in the excel file.

You can select the reference currency (Euro).

Then you will get a pdf with your balance or an Excel file (you need to upload an Excel file in the .XLSX format because we do not read PDF or CSV files for the Swissborg platform) with the history of all transactions during the selected period:

  • Trades are shown on two lines, buy and sell.

  • Referral Rewards and Yield Earnings are displayed as Earnings.

Current transactions:

  • The pending deposit will not be included in the statement or balances.

  • Pending withdrawals will be included in the statement and will be deducted from balances. They will be marked "Pending". Please note that pending withdrawals may still be rejected.

Step 3: Select the "Excel File"

Cliquer sur la case Excel File

For Android users!

Make sure you have an app like Google Sheet installed on your device. Without it, you cannot access your file.

💡 The "EUR Account Transactions" file is not necessary.

Step 4: Once your file is open, click on the three vertical dots icon :

Step 5: Select Save As:

Sélectionner Enregistrer sous

Step 6: Choose the Google Sheets format then Excel .XLSX:

Choisissez le format Google Sheet

Choisisser le format Excel.xlsx

Step 8: Upload the file to Waltio

If you see an error message, please try again later.

💡 Swissborg does not offer an API and we contacted them to suggest this functionality. As soon as this option is possible, please let us know and we will implement it.

📫 We recommend that you contact them to tell them about your difficulties regarding the recovery of your data and ask them to set up an API. Indeed, we are convinced that if this request comes from their customers, it will be prioritized.

⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from Swissborg files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !

Thank you.
