Paymium Sync

Synchronize Paymium to automatically upload your transactions from Paymium to Waltio

Updated over a week ago

Hi there 👋

You now have the ability to add transactions from your Paymium account through a Paymium Sync connection. The Sync allows you to connect via API to Paymium by logging into your Paymium account (with your email and password) from Waltio.

👉 The result is the same as with a traditional API connection, but the process is much easier.

Step 1: Log into your Waltio account.

Go to the “My Transactions” page and find Paymium :

Step 2: Select Paymium Sync:

This will redirect you to the Paymium login page. Please log in.

Step 3: Confirm the authorization request.

To do so, click and drag on “Authorize”.

Step 4: This will redirect you to your Waltio account.

You will then be able to see your API on the “My Accounts” page.

🎉 There you go, your transactions are all added to Waltio.

Here is some information on how to manage your APIs on Waltio :

⚠️ If you add files containing API-read transactions, Waltio will duplicate the relevant transactions. If you already had Paymium files on your Waltio account, our API gives you a choice. It will present you with two options:

👉 Recovering all data from your Paymium account since its inception.

👉 Recovering all data since the most recent transaction date on your Waltio account.

⚠️ You should not delete your keys or change the permissions because it will complicate the analysis :

  1. If you have already deleted your keys, then we will not be able to synchronize automatically. So you will have to create new ones.

  2. If you have already modified your keys, then we put them in disabled mode.

  3. If you correct afterward, you will have to contact us, because we do weekly synchronizations.

  4. Deleting the keys will automatically cause the loss of all modifications (recording of labels, prices, etc.) made on the transactions retrieved via API.
