It is possible that exchanges made on YouHodler cannot be imported automatically due to a lack of data in their files. We advise you to add it via a Waltio's format file.

The only way to get an export is to contact YouHodler. To our knowledge, there is no functionality to do this independently.

Step 1: We suggest you to use this template for your email:

I request an export of all my YouHodler transactions, deposits and withdrawals for all my trading pairs as .CSV or as a .XSLX file for the period from YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD.

YYYY = Year
MM = Month
DD = Day

πŸ“« We are aware that this is tedious and have contacted YouHodler about this, without any response on this subject. Thus, we recommend that you contact them to let them know of your difficulties regarding the recovery of your data. Indeed, we are convinced that if this request comes from their customers, it will be prioritized.

Step 2 : Upon receipt, upload the file to Waltio.

⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from YouHodler files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !
