Hi there ! πŸ‘‹

Concerning the AscendEX we advise you to download your Ascendex files rather than using their API that only displays partial information.

⚠️ There seems to be a problem as to how to export AscendEx files. We recommend that you contact them with any difficulties you may have regarding the recovery of your data.

Step 1 : Log in into your AscendEX account.

Step 2 : On the upper right part go to "Orders" and then "Cash Orders".

Step 3 : On the left menu click on "Order History" and then "Request to export" on the right part of your screen :

πŸ’‘ It is also posible to exports files by clicking on "Cash Orders" , "Margin Orders" , "Futures Orders" (always by selecting "Order History").

Step 4 : Select the highest possible time frame.

Step 5 : AscendEX CSV files only allow us to recover swaps (exchanges) between currencies. We suggest you to add deposits and withdrawals via an API.

Step 6 : Upload AscendEX files to Waltio

⚠️ The fact of opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from AscendEX files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !

Thank you.

πŸ“« At Waltio we are conscious that it is not simple to have to use several different tools like an API, CSV files and also files with Waltio's file format. Our team as contacted AscendEX in order to improve their transaction recovery tool. We recommend that you contact them to let them know about your difficulties in recovering your data. We are convinced that if this request comes from their customers, it will be prioritized.

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the Chatbot just at the bottom right of your screen! πŸ’¬
