How do I retrieve my documents generated by Waltio for past years?

Hi there 👋

If you have used Waltio for previous tax returns (2019, 2020 or 2021) it is possible for you to have access to the 4 documents generated by Waltio (The Tax Certificate, The Annual Capital Gains Return Schedule, The Stock Sheet and The General Ledger).

If you were not using Waltio at the time, you will need to purchase the appropriate plan based on your number of transactions in that year.

Example: You want your report for fiscal year 2021, and you have 500 transactions in that year. You will be eligible for the plan for 500 transactions, for 2021.

Step 1: Log in to your Waltio account.

Step 2: Click on “my profile” at the bottom left :

👉 You will be redirected to the “Report” page. This allows you to upload your documents according to the desired year.

⚠️ The current year's report should not be expired. If it is, you will need to start a new one on the “My Reports” page.
