πŸ’‘ This can be for files or APIs keys, the process is the same.

There are two situations:

1/ You have just added a new file (or API) to your account, but it is not correctly read by Waltio

To fix that, follow this tutorial:

Step 1: Go to the tutorial we wrote for this platform and verify that you have correctly created the file (or API) by following the tutorial.

Step 2: Create a new file (API) by following the tutorial, and then add it to your account.

πŸ’‘ Feel free to do the process again, even if you had already followed the tutorial the previous time.

Step 3: If it still doesn't work, contact us via the Chatbot right at the bottom right of your screen or by email at hello@waltio.co.

Send us the information requested by the bot as well as:

πŸ‘‰ In the case of a file: The file in question not opened, renamed or modified.

πŸ‘‰ In the case of an API : The keys in text format (no screenshot)

2/ A file (or an API) which was correctly read, is not read anymore

To fix that, follow this tutorial :

Step 1: Identify the platform concerned by accessing My accounts and go to the tutorial we have written on this platform.

The file (or API) will be indicated in red, like here :

It is possible that an API does not have the right permissions. In this case, change them according to the tutorial.

It is also possible that the API has expired. Indeed, some platforms like Bybit or Huobi provide APIs available only for three months. In this case, it will be displayed as disabled:

πŸ’‘ If you had modified transactions within your file (or API) and do not want to lose them. You can contact us.

Step 2: Create a new file (or API) by following the tutorial we wrote on this platform.

πŸ’‘ Make sure you assign the correct permissions for the API keys.

On the "My Accounts" page, delete the old file (or API) then add the new one.

Step 3: If this still doesn't work, contact us via the Chatbot at the bottom right of your screen or by email at hello@waltio.co.
