Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹

This tutorial shows you how to retrieve your transaction history on the Hedera blockchain.

Step 1: Recover your public key from the wallet
โ€” Go to the Hedera portfolio used

โ€” Copy the address of your wallet (public key)

Step 2: On Waltio

โ€” Go to โ€œStorage Portfolioโ€

โ€” Click on โ€œHederaโ€ then on โ€œAPI key or addressโ€.

โ€” Paste the address of the portfolio entered above

โ€” Click on โ€œLoginโ€.

๐Ÿ’ก Holding a storage wallet (Ledger, Trezor, Metamask etcโ€ฆ) does not need to be declared. Only accounts held abroad (exchange platforms such as Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) must be declared using form 3916-BIS.

โš ๏ธ If you have imported transactions from a public key on Waltio and a file from Ledger Live, there is a good chance that certain operations are present in both transaction histories! This will therefore create duplicates (easily identifiable by looking at your stock card) that you will have to manually delete so that your capital gains calculation is correct.

To delete a transaction manually โ€“ in Step 2 โ€“ it is recommended to do the following:

On My Transactions (at the top of your screen) click on the transactions in question and then, click on the trash can.

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the chat just at the bottom right of your screen! ๐Ÿ’ฌ
