To recover your transaction history on HitBTC follow these steps!

For HitBTC we only take files named:
​
- transactions_

- trades_

Step 1: On HitBTC.com go to the “Transactions History” page

Step 2: After selecting your desired date range, click "Export .csv"

Step 3: Repeat the process by clicking on Spot, then "Export .csv".

⚠️ Your file may have transaction.s without crypto.s. This may be because the crypto has been removed from the platform. It is therefore necessary to add the transaction.s via a file in Waltio's format.

Step 4: Upload the file to Waltio

⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from HitBTC files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !
