🎯 We strongly advise you to set up an API connection between Binance and Waltio. It is much easier and fast (5 minutes) to set up the API connection, while it can take more than an hour for the files!
Moreover, the implementation of the API guarantees a better data quality and therefore a better calculation of capital gains.
However, if you wish to recover your transaction, deposits and withdrawals histories, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log into your Binance account:
Step 2 : Download your history files:
1️⃣ Deposit History :
Go to “Wallet” then “Fiat and Spot” in the top right corner :
Then click on “Transaction History” then “Export Deposit History” :
For each year, you should export 4 historical records with the following date ranges:
January 1st → March 31
April 1st → June 30
July 1st → September 30
October 1st → December 31
👉 Export the Excel, not the PDF.
2️⃣ Withdrawal History :
We kindly suggest reiterating the process for withdrawals. To do so, please stay on the same page and select “Withdraw” then “Export Withdrawal History” :
For each year, please export 4 historical records with the following date ranges:
- January 1 → March 31
- April 1 → June 30
- July 1 → September 30
- October 1 → December 31
3️⃣ Trade History
Go to “Order”, then click on “Spot Order” at the top right:
Select “Trade History” in the left menu and click on “Export”:
⚠️ “Order history” files are not supported. So, there is no need to download it.
Please select the custom range option and choose your date range :
For each year, please export 2 historical records with the following date ranges:
January 1st → June 30
July 1st → December 31
4️⃣ Auto Invest File :
If you used the Auto Invest service, we support the file named History Auto-Invest-2022-MM-DD_2022-MM-DD.xlsx available by clicking on “History”.
For each year, please export 2 historical records with the following date ranges:
January 1st → June 30
July 1st → December 31
5️⃣ Cash Balance File :
If you have made purchases and sales via Cash Balance, you must download a specific file named: Export sales history.xlsx. and Export purchase history.xlsx.

Step 3: Drop your files on Waltio :
⚠️ Opening and downloading a CSV file can alter its format, impeding our software's automatic reading. Once the file is downloaded, please don't open it and don't rename it! File's name is critical for its deciphering's content.
