Hi there 👋

There are two methods to recover your transactions on Binance.

🎯 We strongly advise you to set up an API connection between Binance and Waltio. It is much easier and fast (5 minutes) to set up the API connection while it can take more than an hour for the files!

Moreover, the implementation of the API guarantees a better data quality and therefore a better calculation of capital gains.

However, if you wish to recover your transaction, deposits and withdrawals histories, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log into your Binance account.

Step 2 : Go to "Wallet" and "Fiat and Spot" at the top right corner.

On the left, click on "Transaction History"

For each year, you should export 4 historical records with the following date ranges:

- January 1 -> March 31

- April 1 -> June 30

- July 1 -> September 30

- October 1 -> December 31

Click on "Export Deposit History"

Download the Excel document

⚠️ Opening and downloading a CSV file can alter its format, impeding our software's automatic reading. Once the file is downloaded, please don't open it and don't rename it! File's name is critical for its deciphering's content.
Thank you 🙌

Step 3: We kindly suggest to reiterate the process for withdrawals. To do so, please stay on the same page and select "Withdrawal".

Step 5: Once you've selected Binance from the list of supported platforms, please drop your files on Waltio

🚨 To be sure that all your transactions made on Binance are present, please carefully read each of the eight pieces of information below 🚨

2️⃣ If you have traded via Binance Margin, please follow this article.

3️⃣ If you want to download the "Commission History" and "Commission Rebates" or "Commission Fees Shared With You", please follow this article.

4️⃣ If you used the Binance Card, please follow this article.

5️⃣ Deposits and withdrawals of ETH and BETH related to ETH 2.0 staking as well as participation in Launchpad are not taken into account by classic file. You must add the complete Binance statement on Waltio.

6️⃣ The following operations are not supported by Waltio: Loans and Borrowing, Mining, Vanilla Options, COIN-M Futures.

If you have made one of these transactions, you can find them in your Full Statement, and must add them via a file in Waltio's format.

7️⃣ If you have made Peer to Peer (P2P) transactions. You must ask Binance support for an export of your P2P history and then add these transactions via a file in Waltio format.

8️⃣ If you have made purchases and sales via Cash Balance, you must download a specific file named: Export sales history.xlsx. and Export purchase history.xlsx.

Done ! All your Binance related transactions should be now over on Waltio 🎉
